SYSTEM DESCRIPTION & GOVERNING JURISDICTION 1.1 The Aegis-X88 Auxiliary Cryogenic Fuel Metering Valve ("Assembly") is custom-engineered specifically for military supersonic gas turbine propulsion units powering carrier-capable airframes. 1.2 Pursuant to Department of State DDTC Commodity Jurisdiction Determination CJ-84192, this Assembly is classified under United States Munitions List (USML) Category VIII(h)(1) as a component specially designed for military aircraft engines. It does not meet the criteria for civil aviation transition under Commerce Control List (CCL) ECCN 9A610. 1.3 Handling Requirement: Technical data related to the design, development, production, manufacture, assembly, operation, repair, testing, maintenance, or modification of the Assembly constitutes ITAR Defense Articles / Technical Data.
