1.4 Cloud Service Deficiency: Commercial cloud file sharing utilized by the supplier lacks end-to-end encryption complying with FIPS 140-3 and 22 CFR § 120.54(a)(5). Storage on multi-tenant servers accessible to non-US cloud infrastructure personnel constitutes an independent technical data disclosure.
1.5 Remediation Mandate:
  a. Immediate execution of a Directed Disclosure to the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) pursuant to 22 CFR § 127.12.
  b. Physical quarantine and destruction confirmation of all electronic drawing caches residing on Aerotech servers in Mexico.
