HARBORVIEW ACCOUNT OPERATIONS MEMO Fictional evaluation document. Not a governing contract. Memo date: 20 June 2026 Audience: Billing, support, security, and customer-success teams This memo summarizes operating instructions for the Harborview account. It is not signed by the parties and does not amend the Services Agreement or Amendment One. BILLING The legacy billing checklist still tells analysts to mark invoices overdue after forty-five calendar days. Amendment One instead changed the payment period to thirty calendar days. Billing Operations must update the checklist before the July invoice run. SECURITY The incident-response runbook instructs the support team to notify the Customer within seventy-two hours after confirming an incident. Amendment One requires an initial written notice within forty-eight hours after discovery, including suspected incidents. Security Operations must revise both the trigger and deadline. DATA EXPORT The customer-success playbook promises a ninety-day export window after termination. Amendment One reduced the contractual export window to sixty days. The deletion period remains thirty days after the export window. TERMINATION The account summary correctly lists sixty calendar days' notice for termination for convenience after the initial term. SERVICE LEVEL AND LIABILITY The service-level target remains 99.5 percent monthly availability. The liability cap remains the fees paid or payable during the twelve months preceding the claim, subject to the exclusions in the Agreement. Open action: Priya Shah owns the billing and export updates by 27 June 2026. Mateo Ruiz owns the incident-response update by 24 June 2026.
